Private Client Solicitor – Part-time Remote

About the role

Our client is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to work three days a week on a fully remote basis. This permanent part‑time position offers the chance to manage a diverse private client caseload while enjoying flexible working arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on wills, lasting powers of attorney (LPAs), probate, estate administration, trusts, estate planning and inheritance tax.
• Conduct client meetings, delivering clear and tailored legal advice.
• Draft wills, LPAs, trust deeds, probate documents and inheritance tax forms with a high degree of accuracy.
• Manage a full private client caseload from inception to completion.
• Support elderly and vulnerable clients with empathy and professionalism.

Required profile

• Proven experience working as a Private Client Solicitor.
• Ability to handle a full caseload independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused approach.
