Private Client Solicitor / Probate Executive

About the role

Join a well‑established charitable organisation with strong ties to Israel as a Private Client Solicitor, Probate Executive or Chartered Legal Executive. You will work within a friendly Legacy team, handling a varied caseload of wills, probate and estate administration matters while benefiting from hybrid working and a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage probate and estate administration matters from start to finish.
• Draft wills and lasting powers of attorney for clients.
• Prepare probate applications and assist with inheritance tax issues.
• Liaise with executors, beneficiaries and professional advisers.
• Provide compassionate, professional service to clients throughout the process.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor (NQ–2 years PQE), chartered legal executive or experienced probate executive.
• Demonstrated experience in wills, probate or private client law.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using case management systems.
