Private Client Solicitor – Senior Associate (Leeds)

About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its Tier‑1 Trusts, Estates & Tax team in Leeds. The position offers hybrid working and the chance to advise high‑net‑worth individuals on complex private client matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on trusts, estate planning and tax matters for high‑value clients.
• Support senior lawyers on complex, high‑value instructions.
• Draft sophisticated legal documents, including wills and trust instruments.
• Assist with administration of estates, including cross‑border and agricultural matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 3–7 years PQE in private client / TET work.
• Strong technical expertise in trusts, estates and tax planning.
• Experience working with high‑net‑worth clients.
• Excellent organisational and case‑management skills.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive, client‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with case management systems and standard IT packages.
