Private Client Solicitor – up to £50,000

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our award‑winning team in Essex. You will independently manage a diverse portfolio of private client matters, delivering high‑quality legal advice and services.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review wills, lasting powers of attorney and related documents.
• Provide advice on estate administration, probate and trust planning.
• Handle trust and estate planning matters from inception to completion.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure excellent client care throughout each matter.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues while working autonomously on your own files.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience in private client work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent client‑care skills and capacity to build lasting relationships.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and a positive contributor to a team environment.
• STEP qualification or progress towards it is advantageous.
