Private Client Solicitor – West London

About the role

We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join our established West London practice. The role offers the chance to work on a full spectrum of private client matters within a collaborative, STEP‑qualified team.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review wills, lasting powers of attorney and other estate planning documents.
• Provide advice on trusts, inheritance tax planning and probate matters.
• Manage estate administration and Court of Protection cases.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring high‑quality service.
• Collaborate with senior partners and STEP‑qualified colleagues on complex matters.

Required profile

• 3+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in private client law.
• Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts and tax planning.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Commitment to long‑term development within private client practice.
