About the role

Join a distinguished Legal 500 firm as a Private Client Solicitor in our Wills and Inheritance team based in Farnham. This full‑time position is ideal for newly qualified solicitors or those with up to four years post‑qualification experience, offering clear pathways for career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of private client files, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax planning, and matters for elderly clients.
• Provide support to other members of the team.
• Play a key role in business development and networking activities to raise the firm’s profile.
• Ensure high‑quality service delivery that aligns with the firm’s standards and client expectations.

Required profile

• Newly qualified up to 4 years post‑qualification experience in private client work.
• Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Trusts and estate management.
• Proven business development and networking abilities.
• Excellent communication and client‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated capability to support and contribute to team success.
