Private Client Solicitor – Wiltshire

About the role

Join a well‑established private client practice in Wiltshire, delivering first‑class legal advice to individuals and families. You will manage a varied caseload of wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney and trusts while providing a personal, high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end private client matters, including drafting wills, administering estates and setting up trusts.
• Maintain accurate billing, time recording and credit control for all client work.
• Develop and nurture strong professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Support business development initiatives to grow the private client department.
• Collaborate with partners and other solicitors to ensure consistent, high‑standard service delivery.

Required profile

• At least 4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in private client work.
• Compassionate, client‑focused and able to act as a trusted adviser during key life moments.
• Motivated to contribute to the growth of the practice and to develop professionally.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
