Private Client Tax Manager

About the role

The firm is seeking a Private Client Tax Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of high‑net‑worth individuals, directors, trusts and estates. This position offers a blend of advisory, tax planning, compliance and project work with strong emphasis on client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a private client tax portfolio and identify tax planning opportunities.
• Review and ensure compliance with tax filings.
• Provide advice on capital gains, trusts & estates, property tax and inheritance tax.
• Lead and support ad‑hoc tax projects.
• Mentor junior staff and lead client meetings.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• CTA qualified (ATT/CTA PQ also considered).
• Experience working with HNWIs, trusts and estates.
• Significant UK private‑client/personal tax expertise.
• Excellent communication skills.
• UK resident.
