About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Private Client Tax Senior Manager to join a leading tax, accountancy and business advisory firm in the City of London. This hybrid role combines partner‑led service with the resources of a major practice, offering you the chance to shape strategy for ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients while progressing towards partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategic tax planning for ultra‑high‑net‑worth private clients.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of tax professionals.
• Own P&L responsibility for your client portfolio.
• Spearhead business development and acquire new clients.
• Shape technical strategy and best practices across the department.
• Build and maintain C‑suite relationships with key clients.

Required profile

• CTA or ACA qualification with at least 8 years of senior practice experience.
• Proven track record in team leadership and people development.
• Strong business development skills and existing client relationships.
• Experience managing complex, high‑value private client matters.
• Strategic mindset with commercial acumen.
