Private Client Wills Supervision Manager (Legal Executive)

About the role

We are seeking a Private Client Wills Supervision Manager to join our estate‑planning team. The role focuses on ensuring that wills, trusts and Lasting Power of Attorney documents are technically and legally accurate, with no billable targets and flexible working options.

Key responsibilities

• Review and quality‑assure the preparation of wills, trusts and LPAs against client instructions.
• Provide feedback and technical support to solicitors and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes.
• Support ad‑hoc client queries and contribute to service development.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor, CILEX, STEP or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of estate planning and wills drafting.
• Experience with tax planning related to lifetime planning.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
