Private Clients Account Handler – HNW Insurance

About the role

This permanent, full‑time position supports high‑net‑worth (HNW) private clients with their insurance needs. You will manage an existing portfolio while collaborating with senior colleagues on larger, complex accounts, delivering a consultative service that adds value for affluent customers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNW individuals, overseeing their insurance requirements and renewals.
• Assist senior team members on larger accounts, attending client meetings, taking detailed notes, negotiating with insurers, and preparing renewal presentations.
• Adopt a proactive, consultative approach to identify additional solutions that meet client needs.
• Explore new business opportunities within your portfolio, aiming to generate cross‑selling and upsell possibilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing private‑client or HNW insurance accounts.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and managing existing portfolio needs.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable supporting colleagues and working directly with insurers.
• Curious and tenacious attitude, actively solving problems and spotting opportunities.
• Eagerness to develop industry knowledge and pursue professional qualifications (e.g., CII).
