About the role

This remote position supports a specialist high‑net‑worth (HNW) team, handling household and private‑client insurance claims from start to finish. You will be the main point of contact for brokers, insurers and policyholders, ensuring a fast, high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage claims from notification through settlement (cradle‑to‑grave).
  • Serve as the primary liaison for brokers, insurers and policyholders.
  • Support field adjusters to keep the claims process smooth and efficient.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in domestic property claims.
  • Ability to stay calm, credible and clear when dealing with high‑expectation clients.
  • Possession of, or willingness to obtain, CII or CILA certification.

Required skills

  • Understanding of high‑net‑worth/private client insurance policies.
  • Domestic property claims handling expertise.
