Private Equity Portfolio Manager – Senior Associate

About the role

This position sits within the Portfolio Management team of a successful private markets investment house. It offers a fast‑track career in private equity, combining investment decision‑making, asset allocation, and client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Construct and allocate portfolios across SMAs and commingled funds in line with individual strategies.
• Develop and monitor liquidity strategies to keep funds within risk limits while maximising returns.
• Collect and analyse investment fund and asset data for monitoring and reporting purposes.
• Prepare client‑facing update materials and support Investor Relations on queries and diligence requests.
• Maintain financial models for various fund structures throughout their life cycles.
• Contribute to policy refinement and rollout of best‑in‑class reporting for SMA clients.

Required profile

• Background in investment consulting, multi‑asset portfolio management, or related private‑markets exposure.
• Strong process mindset with experience in developing new processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior professionals across disciplines.
