Private Financing Solutions Associate

About the role

The Private Financing Solutions Associate will support the origination, structuring, and execution of private credit and private capital transactions. Working closely with senior bankers, institutional investors and internal partners, you will help deliver tailored financing solutions that meet clients' strategic needs in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support all stages of private financing deals, including due diligence, financial analysis, structuring, documentation and investor engagement.
• Build and maintain complex financial models covering leveraged financing, structured equity and cash‑flow analysis.
• Prepare client materials such as confidential information memoranda, lender presentations and investment committee decks.
• Assist in negotiating transaction terms with clients, lenders, investors and external advisors.
• Conduct market research, peer benchmarking and capital‑markets analysis to identify financing opportunities.
• Develop pitch materials for private credit, hybrid capital and minority equity mandates.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for clients, coordinating investor outreach and managing diligence requests.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, risk and operations teams to secure transaction approvals and ensure smooth execution.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, private credit, leveraged finance, corporate banking, capital advisory or a related field.
• Strong analytical capabilities and exceptional attention to detail.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
