Private Senior Manager – Boutique – London West End

About the role

We are seeking a Private Senior Manager to join a well‑established London accountancy firm. You will advise high‑net‑worth business owners, serial entrepreneurs and wealthy families on complex tax matters while progressing towards Director and Partner grades.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ad‑hoc advisory services on income tax, capital gains tax (CGT) and inheritance tax (IHT) for high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Review and oversee complex compliance work and personal tax returns.
• Manage and mentor a team of junior personal tax staff.
• Collaborate closely with partners on networking and business development initiatives.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth by attracting and retaining high‑quality private clients.

Required profile

• CTA qualification.
• Extensive experience advising HNWIs on income tax, CGT and IHT.
• Strong understanding of trusts and/or partnerships (beneficial but not mandatory).
• Senior‑level experience in personal tax advisory.
