Private Wealth Solicitor – National Specialist with Full Flexibility

About the role

We are seeking a Private Wealth Solicitor to join our nationally recognised practice in Reading. The role offers a modern, non‑hierarchical environment with genuine flexibility – you only need to be in the office one day a week, with the rest of your work able to be performed remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high‑value private wealth matters, including non‑contentious advice and contentious probate work.
• Manage a varied caseload, delivering early responsibility and direct client exposure.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and contribute to the firm’s ambitious growth plans.
• Maintain realistic chargeable‑hours targets while ensuring quality service.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with experience in private wealth or private client work.
• Ability to work autonomously within a flexible, trust‑based culture.
• Motivation to develop within a specialist practice that is expanding nationally.

Required skills

• Experience handling private wealth matters.
• Knowledge of contentious probate.
