Privileged Access Management Assistant Manager (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

This role works in the CISO Privileged Access Management team to implement PAM controls that align with industry standards, NIST, and relevant regulations. It also influences TSB’s access‑management culture to drive continuous improvement and risk reduction, collaborating closely with project teams to deliver changes that lower the bank’s access‑management risk.

Key responsibilities

• Implement privileged access management (PAM) controls across the organisation.
• Promote and embed a strong access‑management culture to achieve continuous improvement.
• Partner with project teams to deliver changes that reduce access‑management risk.

Required profile

• Understanding of privileged access management (PAM).
• Experience implementing security controls.
• Experience supporting projects as a subject‑matter expert.
• Experience operating controls and supporting testing and audit engagements.
• Experience working within a risk and control framework, including NIST standards.
• Experience writing and managing documentation.

Required skills

• Knowledge of authentication and authorisation services.
• Knowledge of access models in operating systems, databases and cloud environments.
