Process Engineer – Manufacturing (North Ayrshire)

About the role

We are seeking a Process Engineer to join a forward‑thinking manufacturing business in Stevenston, North Ayrshire. You will play a key technical role, driving continuous improvement across a state‑of‑the‑art facility that supplies clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop safe processes – both new and existing – to meet product quality standards.
• Ensure manufacturing delivers cost‑effective production at required volumes.
• Own product manufacture and provide through‑life support.
• Act as the go‑to technical expert within the department, identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive change and optimise plant performance.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent in Manufacturing, Engineering, Chemistry or Mechanical disciplines.
• Strong understanding of engineering processes.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
