Process Engineer – Manufacturing & Process Improvement

About the role

We are seeking a Process Engineer who enjoys solving problems, driving improvements and seeing the impact of their work firsthand. You will work closely with operational and engineering teams to shape future operations, support major projects and deliver lasting performance gains.

Key responsibilities

• Provide process engineering support across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and contribute to feasibility studies and development projects.
• Identify and deliver process optimisation and performance improvement opportunities.
• Support product scale‑up and commercialisation activities.
• Participate in process safety reviews and risk assessments.
• Support regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Mentor and support less experienced engineers.
• Contribute to strategic growth and business improvement projects.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified chemical or process engineer, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience in a complex batch‑heavy manufacturing process or chemical plant.
• Strong understanding of process improvement and operational support.
• Experience contributing to safety, compliance and risk management activities.
• Ability to work independently and build strong relationships across teams.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
