Process Engineering Team Leader

About the role

Reporting to the Core Operations Manager, the Process Engineering Team Leader will coordinate the Process Engineering team and provide hands‑on engineering support to the Operations department. The role also oversees OXTS production and test processes, including calibration, and supports new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and assign work for the Process Engineering team, track progress and keep stakeholders informed.
• Lead technical investigations, remove blockers and ensure resolution of production, build and test issues.
• Maintain ownership of calibration and test processes, manage the Process Engineering roadmap and budget.
• Develop and improve test equipment capability, capacity and reliability, and own first‑time pass yield for existing and new products.
• Support preventive maintenance and calibration of production test equipment and manage component/process changes.
• Collaborate with NPI Engineer and cross‑functional teams to introduce new products and ensure readiness of tooling, documentation and training.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a technical team, providing coaching, 1:1s and development discussions.
• Strong hands‑on engineering background in manufacturing, production or test environments.
• Demonstrated ability to investigate and resolve production, build and test issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Engineering, Production, Quality and Purchasing.

• Experience with calibration equipment and test rigs
