Process Improvement Manager (Engineering/Manufacture)

About the role

We are seeking a self‑starting Process Improvement Manager to lead a variety of engineering, manufacturing and commercial projects for a family‑run specialist manufacturer of bespoke industrial machinery. You will work closely with senior leadership, development, production and sales teams to shape and optimise our operational systems for future growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee technical projects from concept to delivery, ensuring continuous manufacturing and commercial improvements.
• Manage cradle‑to‑grave manufacturing processes for industrial machinery.
• Collaborate with development, production, sales teams and approved suppliers to drive project success.
• Identify and implement process enhancements across production and commercial functions.

Required profile

• Background in manufacturing or production, preferably mechanical or electro‑mechanical machinery.
• Experience in a multi‑faceted operations or continuous improvement role.
• Motivated to lead exciting commercial and manufacturing projects.
• Able to commute from Cirencester, Swindon, Chippenham, Malmesbury, Stroud or surrounding areas.
