Process Operator Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Process Operator Trainer to join a well‑established technical training provider. You will deliver accredited Process Operator courses to apprentices and corporate learners, sharing your hands‑on experience in a dynamic workshop environment.

Key responsibilities

• Teach and assess Process Operator qualifications using classroom instruction, practical workshops and on‑site assessments.
• Prepare and maintain practical bays, ensuring all equipment is safe and ready for training sessions.
• Provide technical support and answer queries from clients and learners.
• Maintain strong relationships with client companies and ensure training meets their operational needs.

Required profile

• Time‑served process operator with a Level 4 (or higher) process qualification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong decision‑making and time‑management abilities.
