Process Technologist – Food Innovation

About the role

KP Snacks is looking for a Process Technologist to join its Research & Development team. You will help create new snack flavours and formats while improving existing recipes, working across multiple sites in the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Support product and process development projects from concept to launch.
• Plan, execute and document factory and pilot trials, ensuring accurate data collection.
• Analyse trial results and work with engineering, manufacturing, procurement and commercial teams to validate performance and scalability.
• Assist in optimisation of existing recipes to meet taste, quality and cost targets.
• Collaborate on cross‑functional projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a passion for food innovation and manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel between sites and work flexibly across locations.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
