Procurement and Contract Manager

About the role

Join the largest heritage events venue in Westminster as a Procurement and Contract Manager. Working 22.5 hours per week on‑site, you will support a diverse range of departments, from concerts to catering, ensuring contracts and procurement activities align with the venue’s strategic objectives and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, including SLAs, NDAs and partnership agreements.
• Conduct due‑diligence on new and existing clients and suppliers.
• Advise on contractual risks, manage renewals and monitor performance metrics.
• Maintain a central contract register and leverage technology for documentation oversight.
• Lead procurement strategies and tender processes, ensuring ethical sourcing and value for money.
• Support governance, stay up‑to‑date with relevant legislation and contribute to policy development.

Required profile

• Experienced professional with a strong background in procurement and contract management.
• Keen eye for detail, strategic mindset and ability to collaborate across departments.
• CIPS qualification (Level 5 or above) and solid legal expertise in contract law.
• Proven track record of managing supplier contracts and leading tender processes.
