Procurement Coordinator

About the role

The Procurement Coordinator will support the purchasing function and help maintain a smooth supply chain for a fast‑moving business. You will act as a central point of contact between internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and support procurement processes.
• Create, raise and monitor purchase orders, tracking deliveries to ensure deadlines are met.
• Serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and procurement systems.
• Assist with cost‑saving initiatives, supplier negotiations and stock control.
• Support supply‑chain coordination and ensure exceptional service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in procurement, supply‑chain or purchasing roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, team‑oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities.
