Procurement Manager – Fleet Category (Hybrid)

About the role

Join a leading national organisation supporting one of the UK’s most recognisable brands. As a Procurement Manager within the Fleet Category team, you will shape sourcing strategies, manage risk and deliver value for the country’s largest commercial fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activities, tenders, negotiations and contract value delivery.
• Manage end‑to‑end procurement projects across fleet‑related categories.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and align procurement activity with business priorities.
• Support development of category strategies to drive value, innovation and risk reduction.
• Provide commercial insight to improve contract performance and manage risk.
• Resolve contractual and commercial issues through effective negotiation.
• Collaborate across procurement teams and champion continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Commercially focused procurement professional with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience developing and implementing sourcing strategies, preferably in fleet, automotive, transport, logistics or operational categories.
• Proven track record of delivering value through strategic sourcing and best‑practice procurement.
• Ability to influence at all organisational levels.
• Experience managing multiple procurement projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract‑management experience.
• Experience developing and delivering category strategies.
