Procurement Manager – Hinkley Point C

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities on‑site at Hinkley Point C. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate commercial agreements and drive cost‑saving initiatives to ensure smooth delivery of procurement operations for this major infrastructure project.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day procurement activities for the site operation.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, and negotiations.
• Process purchase orders and requisitions through SAP.
• Identify and deliver cost‑saving and value‑adding opportunities.
• Support supplier audits, commercial reviews, and procurement compliance.
• Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to improve efficiency and maximise value.

Required profile

• Extensive procurement or supply chain experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• CITB HS&E Managers and Professionals Certificate.
• Construction sector experience and SAP knowledge desirable.
