About the role
Man Group is seeking a hands‑on Procurement Manager to lead its indirect spend function. The role sits at the centre of a $100 million annual procurement portfolio and combines commercial expertise with team leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of three procurement professionals, setting clear direction and standards.
- Oversee visibility, governance and value delivery across the indirect spend base.
- Manage approximately $100 million of annual spend, ensuring compliance with policies and driving cost efficiencies.
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a strategic partner to the business.
- Identify and implement tools and technology that enhance procurement processes.
Required profile
- CIPS qualification.
- Proven commercial track record in procurement, preferably within financial services or investment management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and earn a seat at the decision‑making table.
