Procurement Manager – Public Sector Frameworks

About the role

Fusion21 is a social enterprise dedicated to delivering value‑driven public sector procurement. As a Procurement Manager you will lead the framework sourcing programme, ensuring timely renewal, compliance and the creation of social value for our members.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and renewal of procurement frameworks in line with Fusion21’s Strategic Procurement Policy.
• Manage the delivery of framework renewal cycles and develop new framework products.
• Oversee supply‑chain monitoring activities and risk management to maintain service continuity.
• Embed value‑for‑money initiatives across all procurement activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, translating their priorities into effective procurement strategies.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships across the public sector.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Good ICT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications.
• CIPS qualification or progress towards an Advanced Diploma.
