Procurement Manager – UK & Ireland

About the role

The Procurement Manager will act as a business partner for onsite teams across the UK & Ireland portfolio, driving strategic sourcing initiatives and delivering commercial benefits. The role supports both existing property operations and new development, acquisition and disposal projects.

Key responsibilities

• Engage local stakeholders and demonstrate procurement value, ensuring involvement in relevant sourcing activities.
• Maintain compliance with procurement policies, educate teams on systems, and manage supplier onboarding, PO creation and P‑Card set‑up.
• Lead end‑to‑end procurement processes including sourcing strategy, tender documentation, supplier selection and commercial negotiations.
• Administer the contract lifecycle via Luminance, from generation and negotiation to approval and storage.
• Support reporting, spend analysis and supplier performance management across the UK & Ireland portfolio.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field (preferred but not essential).
• Minimum five years of procurement experience, preferably in real estate, facilities management or hospitality.
• Strong written and numerical skills.
• Fluent English; a second European language is a plus.
• MCIPS qualification achieved or in progress (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook (intermediate level or higher).
• Experience with PowerBI (beneficial).
• Familiarity with Luminance CLM platform for contract management.
