Procurement Specialist

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Specialist to join the Procurement Team at Sincereal Group during a time of transformation. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will own the sourcing strategy for key categories (Raw Materials, Packaging) across UK and French sites, driving value and strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing, tendering and negotiations for assigned categories to secure competitive total cost and supply continuity.
• Develop, negotiate and manage supplier contracts with clear commercial terms aligned to business needs.
• Manage supplier relationships, proactively mitigate supply risks and implement dual‑sourcing strategies.
• Identify and deliver cost‑saving and value‑creation opportunities such as cost avoidance and standardisation.
• Maintain accurate supplier contract records in the ERP system, including pricing and validity.
• Partner with NPD and Quality teams on new supplier approval, audits and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Planning to align supplier capabilities with production requirements.
• Monitor market trends and report on supplier performance, risks, sustainability and value delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ procurement experience in an FMCG environment.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and drive measurable performance improvements.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and delivering results in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive setting.
• Strong commercial mindset with understanding of total cost of ownership and risk management.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across cross‑functional teams.
