Producer – Social‑First Content

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Producer to lead the end‑to‑end creation of social‑first content for a fast‑growing creative agency. You will coordinate multiple campaigns, manage always‑on content calendars and ensure that every asset is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee production and delivery of high‑volume social content across multiple clients and campaigns.
• Coordinate creative workflows from brief to final delivery, including versioning and localisation for different markets.
• Build and maintain production schedules, timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with creatives, strategists, designers, editors and account teams to keep projects on track.
• Manage external suppliers, freelancers and production partners as required.
• Identify efficiencies and continuously improve production processes.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience producing high‑volume creative assets in a social, creative or integrated agency.
• Strong project‑management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, calm under pressure and solutions‑focused.
