Product Analyst – Data‑Driven User Behaviour Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Product Analyst who loves digging into user behaviour, running experiments and turning data into actionable product insights. You will join a fast‑growing consumer platform that offers discounts and perks to millions of UK users and is expanding internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Apply quantitative analysis and storytelling to understand how users interact with the platform.
• Design, run and analyse A/B tests and experiments in partnership with product teams.
• Define and track product metrics, ensuring consistent measurement across teams.
• Build and maintain core data products that enable self‑serve insights.
• Conduct deep dives into user journeys, funnel performance and platform trends.
• Collaborate with engineers, data teams, product, commercial and marketing stakeholders.
• Contribute to the Insights Hub and keep analytical documentation up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on product analytics experience in a tech or consumer‑app environment.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to translate business problems into analytical tasks.
• Proven experience running and evaluating A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
• Excellent storytelling ability to turn numbers into clear, actionable narratives.
