Product and Design Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Product and Design Coordinator to support the development, design and production of Pixi’s beauty products. Based in Central London, you will act as the hub between product development, design, and manufacturing teams, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and timely launches.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks across product development and design, aligning internal teams and external vendors.
• Create, manage and track timelines, launch calendars and critical‑path milestones for new products and special projects.
• Organise and maintain sample inventories, production room stock and product libraries.
• Handle sample requests for launch readiness, content creation and cross‑functional needs.
• Support packaging artwork reviews, mock‑ups and proofreading to meet brand standards.
• Assist the Art Director with basic design assets and visual documentation.
• Manage vendor production schedules and track progress from development through manufacturing.
• Oversee batch and pre‑production approvals, ensuring quality and brand compliance.
• Prepare product documentation such as bills of materials, specification sheets and scorecards.
• Produce reports, presentations and project summaries for leadership.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in product development, design, beauty marketing or a related CPG field.
• Strong interest in cosmetics, makeup trends and consumer insights.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage shifting priorities.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
