Product Associate – Site Reliability Engineering

About the role

Join JPMorgan Chase’s newly launched Chase UK initiative as a Product Associate within the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team. You will help shape the reliability strategy for customer‑facing digital banking services, ensuring a seamless and trustworthy experience for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Support product strategy and delivery of reliability capabilities such as standards, observability, incident practices, automation, and developer experience improvements.
• Partner with engineers, SREs, and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, translate ideas into clear product work, and maintain product roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform reliability, reduce operational friction, and enable teams to run services confidently.
• Use incident trends, service health metrics, adoption data, and stakeholder feedback to guide decisions and measure progress.
• Create product artefacts including problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes, and enablement content.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand‑ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives while keeping delivery boards healthy.
