Product Assurance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Assurance Manager to join a small, collaborative Assurance team who look after the Onesat programme. Onesat is the world’s first software‑defined satellite that can be fully reconfigured by different customers, including telecommunications, government and military customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Non‑Conformance Report and Non‑Review Board (NCR/NRB) activity and coordinate customer engagement for major non‑conformances.
• Support the whole product lifecycle from Kick‑Off to Test Review Board and Delivery Review Board.
• Coordinate and manage the Product Assurance Plan, Non‑Conformance Analysis, Consolidated Action Plan and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) key business deliverables such as Quality Plan Timing.
• Ensure communication and implementation of customer requirements, including safety and reliability, throughout operational processes.
• Collect, analyse, visualise and interpret performance data with a focus on optimisation and automation of reports.

Required profile

• Product Assurance experience in Space, Aerospace, RF or Digital equipment.
• Self‑motivation, autonomy and proactive working style.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and APQP methodologies.
• Comfortable working in a fluid environment with many moving parts and willing to seek support from the wider team.
