Product Control Intern – Finance Transformation

About the role

Marex Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic Product Control Intern to join its Finance team. You will support daily profit and loss (P&L) production across multiple asset classes, contribute to finance transformation initiatives, and collaborate with traders, operations, and technology stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Produce daily P&L for equities, commodities, crypto, FX, fund derivatives and other asset classes.
• Prepare risk‑based analysis, communicate results to traders and address significant disputes.
• Calculate fair‑value adjustments such as CVA, DVA and bid/offer spreads.
• Run the daily FOBO process to ensure accurate representation of front‑office trades and cash flows.
• Identify control weaknesses across the balance sheet, P&L and reporting disclosures and work with operations and trading to resolve them.
• Support the development of automated solutions for risk gaps and new product integrations.
• Contribute to project‑focused initiatives that improve processes and drive transformation.
