About the role
We are seeking an experienced Product Delivery Manager to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of digital engineering capabilities for aerospace concept design. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, digital technology and programme delivery, ensuring tools and processes are fit‑for‑purpose and evolve with project needs.
Key responsibilities
- Own delivery and improvement of digital capabilities supporting air‑vehicle concept and configuration development.
- Lead deployment, optimisation and lifecycle management of 3D CAD, aerodynamic analysis and configuration‑management environments.
- Develop product roadmaps, delivery plans and prioritized backlogs aligned with engineering and programme objectives.
- Ensure integration with the wider Digital Thread for data continuity and interoperability.
- Capture, challenge and consolidate requirements from engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of new tools through training, change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Establish data models, naming conventions, metadata standards and access controls.
- Coordinate delivery across internal teams, suppliers and system integrators.
- Monitor service performance, technical debt, risks and dependencies.
- Lead incident resolution, root‑cause analysis and continuous service improvement.
- Support technology evaluations, proof‑of‑concept activities and strategic tool selection.
- Manage vendor relationships, licences and performance to ensure cost‑effective solutions.
Required profile
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience delivering digital engineering capabilities and toolchains in an aerospace or high‑tech environment.
- Active Security Clearance (SC) is required.

- Initial 6‑month contract with potential extension.
- Competitive day rate of £600 (inside IR35).
