Product Delivery Manager – PCS (Subsea Projects)

About the role

Baker Hughes is seeking an experienced Product Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of subsea Production Control Systems (PCS) projects. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of hardware, software, and communication components while meeting cost, schedule, and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of subsea PCS projects, accountable for performance, cost, schedule and quality.
• Develop and implement project strategies aligned with PCS requirements.
• Oversee planning, execution and performance management of project activities.
• Drive governance through KPIs, performance reviews and risk mitigation.
• Manage contract administration, including variations and claims.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical compliance and integration.
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards and offshore regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven end‑to‑end project management experience in subsea, oil & gas or manufacturing.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience working in global organisations and with subsea control system suppliers.

Required skills

• Production Control Systems (PCS) expertise.
• Subsea system integration knowledge.
• Understanding of communication protocols and control architectures.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Project Management competence.
