Product Delivery Manager – Structural Systems

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Delivery Manager to lead the development and delivery of digital engineering capabilities for structural systems in advanced aircraft design. The role will shape toolchains, architectures and lifecycle environments that support CAD, MBD, FEA and related analysis processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the delivery and continuous improvement of structural systems digital engineering capabilities.
• Develop product roadmaps, delivery plans and prioritized backlogs aligned with engineering programmes.
• Support and optimise digital environments for CAD/MBD, FEA, composites, metallic structures, joints, fasteners and mass‑properties analysis.
• Integrate solutions with the wider Digital Thread to ensure data continuity from requirements through design, test and certification.
• Establish technical baselines, reference architectures, methodologies and work instructions.
• Lead upgrades, enhancements and lifecycle management of digital platforms with minimal disruption.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams, suppliers and system integrators, monitoring performance, risks and technical debt.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, training and change management to promote adoption of new tools and processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or related Engineering.
• Proven experience managing delivery of digital engineering products in a complex, safety‑critical environment.
• Active SC security clearance.
• Strong understanding of aircraft structural design, analysis and certification requirements.
