Product Designer: Customer Activation

About the role

As a Product Designer focused on Customer Activation, you will shape the future of product discovery for leading e‑commerce retailers. You’ll own the demo experience that shows big brands what’s possible and design onboarding flows that help customers go live quickly and with minimal friction. The role blends strategic vision with hands‑on tooling to drive Constructor’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define a bold visual strategy for the e‑commerce demo site representing “Product Discovery 2027”.
• Map user flows and interactions for AI‑powered features, including search, recommendations and shopping agents.
• Produce high‑fidelity mockups and assets for key pages such as homepage, search results, product detail and filtering.
• Maintain and extend the component library to ensure scalability and alignment with the evolving design system.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate research insights into production‑ready interfaces.

Required profile

• Goal‑oriented, iterative mindset focused on high‑impact problems and rapid shipping.
• Practical experience leading user interviews, usability tests and data analysis.
• Proven ability to design for unfamiliar, complex B2B workflows.
• Talent for turning ambiguity into structured, reusable design systems.

Required skills

• Visual strategy and aesthetic definition for e‑commerce experiences.
• Interaction design for AI/LLM‑driven product discovery features.
• High‑fidelity mockup creation and asset delivery.
• Component library development and design‑system integration.
