Product Designer

About the role

You’ll define how some of the world’s largest enterprises actually use Conduct: mapping workflows, uncovering friction, and translating deep customer understanding into product experiences that work. The best thing you’ll ship is clarity, not just beautiful designs.

Key responsibilities

• Own Conduct’s user experience from first contact through daily use.
• Spend meaningful time with customers in their environments to understand how they think and work.
• Translate research insights into clear workflows and interaction patterns, collaborating closely with engineering and product.
• Manage the full loop from research questions to shipped product improvements.

Required profile

• Endlessly curious about how people work and what blocks them.
• More excited by well‑mapped user journeys than by visual polish alone.
• Strong experience designing complex digital products end‑to‑end, ideally in enterprise software or B2B SaaS.
• Deep UX research skills to extract real signal from customers.
• Clear perspective on how AI changes user behavior and interaction patterns.
• Solid visual and interaction design abilities to own work from concept to delivery.
• Pragmatic, biased toward shipping, and comfortable prototyping fast.
• Low‑ego, collaborative partner to product and engineering teams.
