Product Designer

About the role

As a Product Designer at Plasma you will own the end‑to‑end experience of the global money platform, inventing new features and shaping how Plasma One feels to use. You will turn ideas from concept to launch, leverage AI tools for ambitious prototypes, and continuously improve the product based on real user data.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end Plasma experience, inventing new features and shaping how Plasma One feels.
• Turn concepts into functional prototypes, using AI tools to explore ambitious ideas and collaborate with engineers.
• Refine micro‑interactions, motion and visual polish to deliver a high‑quality user experience.
• Evolve and maintain the design system, building reusable components that keep the product coherent as it scales.
• Conduct research, usability testing and analyse product data to uncover opportunities and improve shipped features.

Required profile

• 6+ years of consumer product design experience, including shipped native iOS and/or Android applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft, clear reasoning and measurable impact.
• Confidence in functional prototyping and ability to communicate designs to engineers.
• Sound product judgment backed by user evidence and data‑driven decision making.
• Direct, thoughtful collaboration with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
