About the role
As a Product Designer at Scarlet, you’ll turn complex regulatory work into clear, efficient and trustworthy experiences. We’re betting that great product design can make medical‑device certification faster and easier. You’ll help prove it.
Key responsibilities
- Own the design of core workflows and key product areas.
- Turn complex requirements into clear product concepts, prototypes and interfaces.
- Partner with product, engineering and regulatory experts to ship and improve solutions.
- Help evolve Scarlet’s design system to improve product quality and delivery speed, including in code.
- Contribute to Scarlet’s overall product design direction.
Required profile
- A portfolio of shipped digital products demonstrating product judgement and visual craft.
- Experience leading complex product work from discovery through delivery.
- Experience designing, prototyping or evolving design systems in code.
- Experience using research to inform product decisions.
- Experience working directly with users and cross‑functional teams.
- Evidence of communicating complex ideas clearly.
