Product Developer – Health Supplements (Hybrid, £40‑45k)

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Product Developer to join our health‑supplements and FMCG team in Surrey. You will work on new product development projects ranging from drinks to powders, with one day per week of remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and test new product recipes for drinks, gels, sprays and powder supplements.
- Collaborate with the Product Development team on all NPD projects.
- Source ingredients, negotiate costs and perform product costing.
- Work closely with supply‑chain, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth product launch.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of nutrition trends and industry standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in the nutritional supplements industry.
- Background in nutrition or related field.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for health foods and supplements.
