Product Engineer – Build AI‑Driven Repair Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a product‑builder who will own a product surface end‑to‑end, from talking with customers to shipping code and measuring impact. You will work at the core of a multi‑trillion‑dollar automotive repair market, creating AI‑driven experiences that move from manual operation to supervised delegation.

Key responsibilities

• Prototype new product iterations quickly using AI‑assisted and LLM‑assisted tooling, test with real customers, and ship production‑grade code.
• Stay close to users such as estimators and parts managers, understand their workflow pain points, and translate insights into product improvements.
• Own the outcome of your surface, steering by adoption metrics, prioritising work, diagnosing issues, and delivering fixes.
• Design agentic experiences that capture intent, decide human‑in‑the‑loop moments, and earn user trust step by step.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping software end‑to‑end with clear accountability for results.
• Strong customer obsession – habit of spending time in users’ work contexts and letting that drive product decisions.
• Ability to make trade‑offs between product impact and engineering effort, finding cheaper paths to the same outcome.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, shaping problems rather than waiting for detailed specs.

Required skills

• Rust (or a genuine eagerness to learn it, as it is part of the stack).
• Full‑stack development with a frontend focus, delivering production‑quality code.
• Proficiency with AI‑assisted and LLM‑assisted prototyping tools.
