Product Engineer

About the role

We are looking for exceptional builders to design and ship systems that define how the world’s largest companies operate in the age of AI. As a Product Engineer at Conduct you will help build the AI operating system that abstracts IT complexity for major enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle—from requirements gathering and research to implementation, iteration, and shipping.
• Speak directly with customers to shape product direction and deliver solutions that matter to large enterprises.
• Design and ship AI‑native, agentic systems, ensuring they are reliable, governed, and performant.
• Collaborate across the stack (backend, frontend, full‑stack) as needed to deliver high‑velocity features.

Required profile

• Proven experience building AI‑native or agentic systems, including side‑project deliveries.
• Strong, pragmatic engineering instincts with a focus on shipping fast without sacrificing quality.
• Sharp product sense and a drive to solve real customer problems.
• Deep curiosity about how AI systems behave, fail, and improve.
