Product Executive

About the role

We are partnering with a reputable tour operator to find a Product Executive who will design, optimise and manage group tour products across a diverse brand portfolio. Based in South East London, you will shape unforgettable travel experiences while driving commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial performance, operational strength and traveller experience of tours within your portfolio.
• Design profitable, well‑managed tours that deliver outstanding traveller experiences.
• Develop optional excursions and ancillary offers to boost revenue.
• Collaborate with Procurement to select hotels, suppliers and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain accurate product documentation and train internal teams on updates.
• Use market, customer and competitor insights to create competitive offerings.
• Partner with the Pricing & Yield Manager to ensure competitive and commercially sound pricing.
• Review and sign off tour pages and web content for accuracy.
• Participate in fam trips, business visits and select departures to deepen destination knowledge.
• Provide additional support on ad‑hoc product‑related tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel operations or product development, preferably across Europe.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable tour products.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical skills and market insight.
