Product Expert - Clinical Operations

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Product Expert to champion its Clinical Operations product suite across Europe. The role combines deep clinical trials knowledge with product evangelism, helping customers adopt Veeva’s AI‑driven solutions and achieve regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture user communities, delivering education, product updates and best‑practice guidance.
• Represent the product in customer meetings, online forums and industry events, driving adoption and gathering feedback.
• Act as the voice of the customer, translating needs into product requirements for the US‑based Product Management team.
• Collaborate with Veeva field teams to ensure successful implementations and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Clinical Operations (clinical trials) in product management, consulting or professional services.
• 3+ years hands‑on experience with Veeva Clinical Operations applications (TMF, CTMS, SSU, Site Connect).
• Strong ability to convey technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work across European time zones.
