Product Expert – Customer & Market Advocate

About the role

Veeva is looking for a Product Expert to act as the bridge between software development, internal stakeholders, and customers. You will combine deep life‑sciences domain knowledge with technical product mastery to influence the roadmap and educate the market.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary subject‑matter expert and voice of the product at industry events, user groups, webinars, and create compelling educational content, release notes, and product demonstrations.
• Gather, synthesize, and prioritize product feedback and gaps from end‑users and client executives, ensuring the voice of the customer is heard.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, influencing the product roadmap.
• Provide advanced product support and enablement to internal teams and clients, helping them maximize value from the platform.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a customer‑facing technology role such as SaaS consulting, product training, or product marketing.
• Hands‑on experience administering, configuring, or implementing enterprise‑grade SaaS platforms (e.g., Veeva Vault, Salesforce, or similar).
• Proven track record launching software features, leading customer workshops, or managing user communities.
